Psychotherapy

The InnerPath Approach

Pain is an inevitable part of being human, but much of our suffering comes from the stories we tell ourselves about that pain.

When we become entangled with fear, self-judgment, perfectionism, or the belief that life should look different than it does, we often lose touch with what matters most. We become trapped in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, people-pleasing, or relentless striving for a future that never quite arrives.

Therapy offers an opportunity to step out of those cycles.

Drawing from mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and inner child work, I help clients develop awareness of their internal world without becoming controlled by it. Rather than fighting difficult emotions or trying to eliminate discomfort, we learn how to listen to what these experiences are communicating while remaining grounded in our values.
